Throwback to 2010: Where the journey truly began. This was our first venue, ‘Osteria la Beerbona,’ owned and operated by Monica (Front-of-House Manager) and myself (Executive Chef). Back then, we pioneered a unique concept: a kitchen entirely focused on the synergy between food and Italian Craft Beer, featuring dishes both cooked with and perfectly paired to Italian Craft brews
“Fifteen years after founding Osteria la Beerbona, the journey continues. 2025 marks a pivotal evolution in my career. I’ve transitioned from the intense heat of the kitchen and the strategic demands of Hospitality Management to capturing the soul of hospitality through my lens.
Today, my professional world is beautifully divided between my two greatest loves: Cuisine and Photography. But my true passion lies in their convergence—the powerful synergy of The Perfect Pairing.
Drawing on my deep culinary background, I don’t just photograph a drink and a plate; I analyze their structure to create a visual narrative of their flavor profile. I specialize in capturing the essence of Beer, Wine, and Cocktails and designing bespoke dishes specifically to complement them visually.I’ve traded the chef’s knife for the camera, but my perspective remains in the kitchen.
